Steve Ellis, a long time resident of the Virginia Peninsula, founded Slush In A Rush in August of 2001. Slush In A Rush is a member of the Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce and exhibits each year at Seafest, the Chamber's annual trade show. Slush In A Rush is licensed in the State of Virginia and is fully insured.
